Veterans law calls it the Caluza triangle — after Caluza v. Brown, the case that set the three elements VA looks for. Miss one corner and the claim is denied, however strong the other two are. I built the tool I wish I'd had.
I served in the Air Force, and I filed my own VA claims the hard way — digging through hundreds of pages, guessing what a rater needed to see, and waiting months to find out I'd missed it.
I've spent more than twenty years in information security. VA Claim Commander is what happens when you point that discipline at the claims process: read everything, show your work, and protect the records like they matter — because they do.
